### Role Overview
The organisation is seeking a qualified Entry-Level Exercise Physiology Assessment Research Associate to support ongoing initiatives in Exercise Physiology Assessment - Fundamentals. The role is positioned at the junior level and reports into the broader Exercise Physiology Assessment - Fundamentals charter.

### Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of tasks related to exercise physiology assessment - fundamentals.
- Apply working knowledge of Research Methodology and Exercise Physiology Assessment to daily execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders within Kinesiology & Exercise Science.
- Maintain documentation and reporting as required by the team lead.
- Flag risks and blockers early rather than at review checkpoints.

### Requirements
- B.P.Ed or equivalent qualification.
- 0 years of relevant experience (junior level).
- Working proficiency in: Research Methodology, Exercise Physiology Assessment, Fundamentals, First Aid & CPR, Client Coaching & Communication.

Performance is reviewed on a structured cycle, with clear criteria for movement into the next band. Relocation assistance may be extended for candidates moving from a different city, subject to approval. A typical day starts with reviewing priority tasks and syncing with the immediate team before moving into focused execution work.
