Data protection
Documents you upload, such as resumes, are stored against your account and are only accessible to you and the people involved in your application or service — such as an assigned writer or a recruiter you've applied to. We don't publish uploaded documents publicly.
Account security
Your account is protected by the password you set at registration. We recommend:
- Using a unique password you don't reuse on other sites
- Never sharing your login details with anyone contacting you as "Job Suraksha support"
- Using the "Forgot password" flow if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission
Secure payments
Paid services (such as premium services and career add-ons) are processed through our payment gateway provider — Job Suraksha does not store your full card or bank details on our own servers.
Privacy & data handling

Secure communication
Notifications about your applications and services are sent from our verified email addresses. We will never ask you to send your password by email or message.
